We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and solutions for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:
  • Develop electrical system designs and specifications for a range of projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential developments.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Project Management:
  • Manage and oversee electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Technical Analysis:
  • Conduct technical analyses, calculations, and simulations to ensure the feasibility and performance of electrical systems.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate electrical equipment, materials, and technologies.
• Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify compliance and quality of electrical installations.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, civil engineers, and architects, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support.
• Innovation and Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within projects and the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering design, project management, and implementation.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEEE).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

Pay rate:

• $20 - $22 per hour
