What You’ll Be Contributing:

• Review and interpret electrical engineering specifications, drawings, and technical requirements for procurement activities.
• Support the development of RFQs, RFPs, and technical bid packages for electrical equipment.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact between suppliers and internal engineering teams.
• Participate in vendor technical clarification meetings.
• Partner with engineering, design, and construction teams to define and maintain standardized electrical system architectures for high-, medium-, and low-voltage distribution used in hyperscale and colocation data centers.
• Translate technical design standards into repeatable supply chain packages, preferred vendor lists, and compliant bill-of-material (BOM) structures.
• Drive design-for-supply-chain initiatives to reduce customization, lead times, and supplier risk.
• Perform technical bid evaluations (TBE) and provide technical guidance to supply chain teams to support vendor selection decisions.

What Sets You Apart:

• Fluently bilingual (English, Taiwanese)
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, procurement engineering, or equipment sourcing.
• Experience with medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Familiarity with electrical equipment used in data centers, utilities, industrial facilities, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with FAT/SAT testing for transformers, generators, UPS, and MV gear.
• Ensure all electrical equipment complies with:
  • Project specifications
  • Applicable electrical codes and standards
  • Company engineering standards
• Ability to manage multiple procurement packages simultaneously.
