How you’ll make an impact

  • Design electrical components and systems for power transformers serving the North American market.
  • Prepare customer documentation, manufacturing drawings, and bills of materials.
  • Contribute to internal design reviews and collaborate closely across teams.
  • Apply market and sales strategies to develop transformer designs that meet customer needs.
  • Utilize 2D and 3D design tools to support engineering deliverables.
  • Share ideas openly and support an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–10 years of electrical design experience in power transformer manufacturing.
  • Strong theoretical and hands-on knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
  • Experience using AutoCAD; familiarity with 3D tools such as Creo is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently when needed and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
