A growing organization is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership and support for complex equipment, automation systems, and operational processes. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in electrical and controls engineering while driving system reliability, performance improvements, and continuous process optimization. Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in electrical and controls engineering
• Troubleshoot and support complex equipment and automated systems
• Lead system upgrades, process improvements, and reliability initiatives
• Review and maintain electrical documentation and schematics
• Support cross-functional teams to improve operational performance
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience
• Strong experience with controls, automation, and industrial systems
• Experience troubleshooting complex electrical systems
