Responsibilities

MissionsAs part of a project team:

• Acts as the leader of the technical content of the assigned customer project(s) and/or workpackage(s), and functionally reports to the Technical Leader responsible for the whole technical scope of customer projects.
• Makes sure customer technical requirements are fulfilled in terms of performance, quality, costs and time, in compliance with the contract and based on the Architecture & Technical specifications defined during the tendering phase.
• Follows all technical aspects of customer integrated projects, such as design, implementation, testing and FAT.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Perform, review, lead and approve technical design and specification activities on the assigned customer project(s) and/or workpackage(s).
• Perform basic design calculations and engineering, and detailed engineering if required.
• Coordinate all technical implementation activities carried out at factories, supplier premises and testing facilities until project closure;
• Actively contribute to FAT preparation and participate in actual FATs with suppliers and customers when needed.
• Provide regular progress reports and technical deliverables to the Technical Senior Engineer or Project Manager
• Identify any potential changes versus the contract or the already-agreed design and work closely with the Technical Senior Engineer to specify the changes and their impact on client, including cost impact evaluation.
• Support the Technical Engineer or Technical Senior Engineer to ensure full compliance with client's processes, especially CPP and TDP, and with quality instructions, safety requirements and governance principles.
• Actively participate in the capitalization and sharing of experience and contribute to engineering innovation and productivity, acting as a referent in the Community.

Qualifications

• University education: Master’s degree in Engineering/Electrical Engineering or similar
• Advanced level of English language (B2/C1) is mandatory;
• Ability to communicate in concise and synthetic manner on technical topics.
• Flexibility and reliability, focus on technical details, customer focus and teamwork.
• Ability to work and cooperate in an international and intercultural environment.
• Software tools literacy: MS Office, Acrobat and AutoCAD.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience:

• Leading the technical scope of projects and technical coordination of equipment suppliers.
• Working in the electrical engineering domain for segments such as Oil & Gas, MMM, Utilities and Datacenters.
• With the electrical design of MV switchgears, LV switchgears, UPS, power transformers and electrical interfaces.
