Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Independently complete electrical schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, layout diagrams, and other design outputs based on project requirements 根据项目需求，独立完成电气原理图、接线图、布局图等设计
• Responsible for the design of product electrical systems and selection of components (e.g., sensors, switches, controllers), ensuring compliance with functional requirements, safety standards (e.g., IEC, UL, GB), and industry regulations 负责产品电气系统的设计电气元器件选型（传感器、开关、控制器等），确保符合项目功能与安全标准
• Prepare technical documentation such as design specifications, norms and test reports, etc.编写设计说明、规范、测试报告等技术文档
• Collaborate with mechanical and testing teams to resolve cross-domain technical challenges and ensure seamless integration of systems 与机械、测试团队协作，解决跨领域技术问题
• Provide technical support services to departments including procurement, operations, project management, and sales, etc. 对采购、运营、项目、销售等部门提供支持相关的技术支持服务

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering or other related fields 本科或以上学历，电气工程、自动化、电子工程等相关专业
• 4+ years of experience in electrical design work, prior experience in rail industry is preferred. 4年以上电气设计及自动化工控相关经验，有轨道产品行业经验者优先
• Workable English skills required, fluent English skills preferred基本的英语能力，英语流利者优先
• Proficient in electrical design software and simulation tools. 熟练使用电气设计软件及仿真工具
• Familiar with electrical component selection, safety standards, and industry codes熟悉电气元件选型、电气安全规范及行业标准
• Knowledgeable in PLC programming 熟悉PLC编程
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to independently tackle complex design tasks 较强的逻辑分析能力与问题解决能力，能独立完成复杂设计任务
