Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with at least 10 years of industry experience and proficiency in Aspen and ETAP software. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a strong background in designing electrical systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop electrical systems for a variety of projects, including but not limited to, buildings, industrial facilities, and power distribution systems

- Utilize Aspen and ETAP software to create detailed designs and simulations

- Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects

- Conduct research and stay updated on industry standards and advancements in electrical design

- Participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise

- Review and approve design documents and drawings

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for any design issues that may arise during the project

- Mentor and train junior engineers on best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical design engineering

- Proficiency in Aspen and ETAP software

- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and codes

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work

- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design software is a plus
