Job Description

STRUCTURE RESOURCES IS SEEKING HIGH-PERFORMING, FULL TIME ELECTRICAL CREW LEADERS FOR FOR A HIGH-PROFILE PROJECT IN THE INDIANAPOLIS AREA.

Compensation/ Per Diem:

• $36-$40/HR, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
• $300 REFERRAL BONUS FOR EACH REFERRAL

Other Information:

• 40-50 HOURS A WEEK (DEPENDING ON PROJECT)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Proven experience leading crews on active job sites
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
• Strong understanding of NEC code and job site safety practices
• Ability to coordinate work and keep projects on schedule
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug/Alcohol screening
• Ability to pass a background check
