Reporting to the Project Manager and Project Director,
the Electrical
Engineer will be responsible for the following:

• 
  Ensure design compliance with guidelines, codes,
  regulations, and other reference documentation;
• 
  Construction activities coordination with the
  subcontractor and client for activities such as commissioning and
  decommissioning and commissioning.
• 
  Assist project managers in the technical
  planning, control, and coordination of projects;
• 
  Work closely with technical teams to coordinate
  engineering work;
• 
  Ensure quality assurance of deliverables;
• 
  Evaluation of electrical/controls systems,
  products, and components;
• 
  Report writing and equipment
  recommendation/selection;
• 
  Incorporation of engineering changes into
  design;
• 
  Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 
  Registered member of EGBC as an
  asset
• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience in
  Construction industry;
• 
  Experience in hydroelectricity
  and dams is considered an asset;
• 
  Strong computer skills with
  various software experience, including MS Office, BlueBeam, ACC, etc.

• 
  Bilingualism, French and English,
  would be considered an asset.
