Job Description

Position: Engineer - TMSS

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Risk Assessment & Compliance

• Participate in risk assessment process for machinery and equipment.
• Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

2. Machine Safety Implementation

• Participate in conducting TMSS Assessments on machinery and equipment.
• Manage machine safety power apps.

• Participate in company machine guarding programs.
• Assist with Lockout/Tagout/Tryout (LOTOTO) procedures and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to design safer machine operations.

3. Audits & Inspections

• Perform scheduled machine safety inspections.
• Document findings and suggest necessary safety improvements.
• Assist with safety program updates as needed.

4. Training & Support

• Assist with training employees on machine safety and LOTOTO procedures.
• Participate in safety workshops and awareness programs.
• Provide support and answer safety-related questions.
• Assist with the development of safety documentation and procedures.

5. Incident Investigation & Reporting

• Support the investigation of machine-related incidents and near misses.
• Work with management to implement corrective actions
