Client: A premier M&E contractor in the UK with a £200 million annual turnover seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Manager for a flagship Commercial new build project valued at up to £30 million.
Role: Electrical Construction Manager - London - £60,000 - £70,000 plus package
Responsibilities:
Review designs, address scope gaps/clashes
Develop short-term programming
Ensure Health & Safety compliance (RAMS)
Manage technical submissions and RFI processes
Coordinate with sub-contractors
Oversee commissioning stages
Liaise with client team, main contractor, and sub-contractors
Conduct progress meetings with stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
Tools background with strong technical knowledge
Experience in commercial sector, specifically plant rooms and risers
Minimum 5 years’ management experience
Managed projects of at least £2M within your discipline
Subcontracted to major contractors like Sir Robert McAlpine, ISG, Mace, Wates, etc.
