Job Description

What You'll Do

• You will be responsible for Automation Design & Integration, including lead technical design and integration of automation systems across multiple plants. Develop specifications and validate system architecture for robotics, AGVs, and control systems. Provide technical oversight during commissioning and ensure compliance with standards
• You will lead Robotics, Ergonomics & Safety, including drive implementation of advanced robotic solutions to improve efficiency and ergonomics and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance for automated systems. Meanwhile you need to conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• You will be responsible for System Optimization & Continuous Improvement, including analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings. Lead initiatives to enhance system reliability and throughput using Lean principles and develop and implement best practices for automation maintenance and operation.
• You will be responsible for Supplier & Technical Coordination, including collaborate with suppliers and integrators to validate technical solutions and ensure quality and support negotiations on technical scope and assist in vendor performance evaluations.
• You need to support oversee installation activities and resolve escalated technical issues.
• You will be responsible for Technical Leadership & Mentoring, including provide guidance and mentorship to staff-level engineers on automation technologies and leading technical training sessions and share best practices across engineering teams.
• You will act as a subject matter expert for automation standards and emerging technologies.

What We're Looking for

• You with proven experience leading technical aspects of automation projects.
• You with hands-on expertise with robotics, PLCs, AGVs, and material handling systems.
• You with exposure to supplier coordination and technical validation processes.
