Job Description

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an Electrical Commissioning Engineer to support our client's Data Centre project located in Helsinki, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical commissioning works and vendor activities on site
• Ensure work is completed in line with project scope, quality and safety requirements
• Monitor progress and report on project milestones and deadlines
• Attend and contribute to regular project coordination meetings
• Review and track relevant project documentation and approvals
• Witness and oversee testing and commissioning activities
• Coordinate with internal teams (QA/QC, safety, project management) to meet project objectives
• Support day-to-day site operations and resolve issues as they arise

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Electrical Trade
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within construction projects
• Experience with electrical systems (LV/MV/HV, UPS, generators, switchgear, controls)
• Experience in electrical testing and verification
• Strong understanding of site supervision, safety, and quality standards
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a proactive and decisive approach
• Process-driven mindset with focus on safety and quality management
