This is a project-based employee role supporting the initial development phase of our autonomous vehicle platforms. Development phases of this nature typically span up to project completion (typically 2–4 years), though scope and duration are driven by business needs.
The Electrical Assembler II builds and integrates electrical harness assemblies used in ASI's autonomous vehicle platforms. This role focuses on constructing full harness assemblies using pegboards and engineering schematics while ensuring compliance with assembly and quality standards.
As a Level II assembler, this role independently assembles harnesses with multiple connectors, performs more advanced soldering and crimping operations, and supports prototype vehicle builds. The position collaborates closely with engineers and technicians to ensure harness builds meet design intent and production quality expectations.
