BW Papersystems is looking for an experienced Electrical Assembler / Electrician who wants to put their skills to work on large, complex, custom-built machinery. Job Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders

  • Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, subassemblies, and support structures

  • Label, wire, and connect switch boxes and control panel terminal boards

  • Inspect wiring for coding accuracy, proper termination, continuity, and identify shorts or grounds

  • Assist in testing completed machines and troubleshooting electrical issues

  • Document work to meet quality and production requirements

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve quality, cost, or production challenges

  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper care of tools & equipment

  • Multi‑task and shift priorities as needed throughout the day

Essential Functions:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work

  • Ability to understand wiring diagrams and troubleshoot basic electrical issues

  • Solid problem‑solving skills and clear communication

  • Experience with electrical wiring, installation, or assembly work

Basic Qualification & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of electrical wiring or installation experience
    AND/OR

  • 2‑year degree or certification in electrical systems with 2+ years of experience
