
Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Electrical Assembler is responsible for performing a wide range of assembly and integration tasks related to the production of ruggedized electrical and electronic enclosures, sub-assemblies, and integrated systems. This position facilitates and supports the end-to-end process of production, assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical components using appropriate tools, fixtures, and test equipment, in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and AS9100 quality standards.
Working collaboratively across levels, the Electrical Assemblers ensure product quality, efficiency, and consistency throughout the production process. The Lead and Senior Assemblers provide guidance and training to peers and associates, verify work quality, and ensure compliance with MIL standards and customer requirements. Staff and Associate Assemblers support fabrication, wiring, and final assembly stages, contributing to overall team productivity and maintaining compliance with safety, documentation, and inspection procedures.
This combined role ensures that all assembly activities, ranging from component preparation to system-level integration, are executed safely, accurately, and efficiently to meet production schedules and company performances goals.
hourly rate: $23.00 - $28.00
