You are responsible for leading a team of electrical and maintenance team members, managing the lifecycle of all support equipment and electrical resources, including execution of maintenance, process improvement and contracting with outside services. This role ensures the reliable and efficient operation of all electrical systems and support equipment within the plant to maximise production throughput, minimizing downtime, and sustaining high equipment availability. You drive operational excellence while ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal resource utilization across the plant.
