Job Description

Define and develop electric power train relevant vehicle motion features based on market insights and technical analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement key features in VM products.

  • Perform research and analysis to identify and evaluate new features
  • Analyze and develop powertrain-specific control algorithms for performance, efficiency, and reliability
  • Provide technical consultation to various teams
  • Support in demonstrating features and resolving issue

Qualifications

  • Major in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Control Theory; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience in electric powertrain systems development
  • Proven experience with electric motor control, power electronics (inverters), and electric power systems
  • Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and its interaction with the powertrain
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in cross-functional environments.
  • With the ability to communicate technical information effectively in English
