Lead & perform electric drive system & components solutions development, integration and validation for earthmoving products NTI and NPI programs to meet PQVC requirements.

Job Duties:

  • Be responsible for electric drive system & components solution development including powertrain system architecture, motor & motor control integration, converter & PDU integration and high voltage electrical installation;
  • Be able to transfer VOC into CCR, develop & evaluate concept alternatives, perform DFMEA and develop technical specification;
  • Lead system and component design review meeting;
  • Work with cross functional teams to conduct CPPD and APQP activities;
  • Lead L4 electric drive system on-machine performance tuning.

Engineering - MFG: Knowledge of processes, techniques and methods of engineering in a manufacturing environment; ability to design and implement materials, structures, machines, devices, systems and processes that safely realize a desired objective or invention.

Product Testing: Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques and tools; ability to design, plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality at all stages of manufacturing.

Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing or product development environment.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
