[ELDP] Polymer Materials Molding Process Engineer
The Role:
This role focuses on polymer-based products such as drums, tubing, and injection-molded components. You willbe responsible formastering polymer forming processes, ensuring product consistency, chemical resistance, and driving continuous improvement in production efficiency.
In this role you will:
Develop andoptimizemolding and extrusion processes for polymer products including drums, tubing, and injection components
Conduct stress testing and rheological analysis to improve product reliability
Establish andmaintainSOPs and process documentation for polymer forming operations
Lead or support continuous improvement projects to enhance materialutilizationand automation potential
