化粧品製造において中身を容器に充填し箱詰めをする自動ラインのオペレターをご担当いただきます。
最初の約3週間で安全教育や品質管理、化粧品製造の基礎知識などの研修プログラムに参加いただきます。
さらに、24時間稼働、量産体制へと、チームメンバーと共に新しい製造現場をつくりあげていただき、
安定稼働後も、継続的な改善活動を現場主体で行っていく原動力となっていただきたいと思っています。
安全性や品質、効率性などの向上につながる意見や考えをどんどん提案し、改善につなげてください。
ゆくゆくは、他の工程をご経験いただいたり、メカニックや品質保証、生産管理などの職種にチャレンジいただくことも可能です。
