Elanco Brand Ambassador (Pet Retail – Weekend Role)

We are looking for passionate and confident Brand Ambassadors to support the launch of Advocate Ultra Chew in Petbarn stores across Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a leading animal health brand, engaging directly with pet owners to educate, influence and drive sales. This role will be covering Pet Barn locations Double Bay, Chatswood, Bondi Junction & surrounds.

About the Role

Working in high-traffic Petbarn stores, you will:

• Proactively engage with customers and start conversations about their pet’s health
• Educate pet owners on parasite protection and key product benefits
• Demonstrate products and confidently recommend the right solution
• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge
• Build strong relationships with store staff to support ongoing advocacy

This is a weekend-based role (Sat & Sun) in a fast-paced retail environment.

About You

• Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching customers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passionate about animals and their wellbeing
• Experience in retail, sales or brand ambassador roles (preferred)
• Background or interest in animal health, vet nursing or pet retail (highly regarded)
• Able to work independently and take initiative in-store
