This role will support the Digital Channel Team by managing assigned digital marketing projects and initiatives designed to drive new credit card account acquisition for Elan Financial Institution partners. The individual will work alongside other program managers to support planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing programs across priority channels.

Key areas of support include:

  • Authenticated PS1 (APS1) Support
    • Support APS1 initiatives by managing assigned project components, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Assist with APS1 program onboarding activities, including coordination between internal teams, vendors, online banking platform providers, and financial institution partners.
    • Help prepare client‑facing and internal materials, including PowerPoint presentations, program updates, and onboarding documentation.
    • Track milestones, dependencies, and launch readiness to support on‑time execution.
    • Assist with performance reporting and analysis to support optimization discussions.
  • Syndicated Website Marketing
    • Support digital marketing placements across public and online banking websites.
    • Coordinate project tasks related to content updates, creative changes, and campaign execution.
    • Partner with channel managers and stakeholders to ensure timelines, approvals, and execution requirements are met.
  • Client Banner Advertising & Client‑Managed Email
    • Assist with the execution of client banner advertising and client‑managed email campaigns.
    • Coordinate schedules, creative assets, approvals, and deployment details.
    • Support performance tracking and reporting activities.
  • Digital Project Coordination & Team Collaboration
    • Manage assigned digital projects end‑to‑end, including project plans, timelines, status updates, and issue tracking.
    • Collaborate closely with senior program managers to support broader program goals and priorities.
    • Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Reporting, Process & Optimization Support
    • Support backend reporting, analytics, and documentation efforts for digital marketing programs.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, coordination, and execution efficiency.
    • Assist with new channel enhancements and pilot initiatives as directed.

Success in This Role Requires

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑based program management environment.
  • Interest in digital marketing, technology‑enabled channels, and financial services.
  • Willingness to learn complex programs and contribute to continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Four to six years of experience in marketing or related field

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Digital or technical background is highly preferred, especially digital marketing and experience or familiarity with digital engineering, coding, or technical integrations

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and deliver clear, concise, and engaging content.

  • Capable of multitasking effectively, working independently and taking ownership of projects.

  • Ability to reflect, refine and optimize processes to gain efficiencies.

  • Proven track record of strategic thinking and problem solving with the ability to leverage available resources effectively.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize based on business needs.

  • Ability to build solid working relationships with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Understanding, interest, and/or expertise in the financial services industry is a plus.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
