Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic with El Nino Underground Maintenance department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Reporting to the Underground Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, Underground Mobile Maintenance Technician, is responsible for the following:
Works as a team member.
Works effectively with other crews and departments.
Employee consistently follows all safety and company policies and procedures.
Maintains the ability to follow directions & to complete quality work.
Employee maintains a high level of productivity and demonstrates ability to learn
Offers constructive solutions to problems and issues
Shop Equipment, Tools, & Skills - Must be able to read, comprehend, interpret blueprints & instruction manuals.
Hydraulic Systems - Must be able to troubleshoot and repair basic hydraulic systems, Identify & explain component functions on a hydraulic schematic.

Five (5) years of light/ heavy mechanical experience preferred.
Three (3) years of mining (surface or underground) experience preferred.
Some mechanical aptitude required.
Strong work ethic and good attendance are required.
Ability to use a computer for parts and work order tracking as well as send/receive emails required.
Commitment to working safely and to standards required.
Strong computer skills preferred. (SAP, Cat ET, Cat SIS, Cummins Insite, Serdia)
Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, team orientated and work with minimum supervision req
