Qualifications:

• West Virginia Professional Teaching/Support Certificate
  • ?Certified to teach EL
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students, parents, and school personnel
• Three (3) years successful teaching experience
• Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
• Successful completion of the interview process
• Ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the job description, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Additional Minimum Requirements:
  • Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration
  • Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration
  • Applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible for consideration
  • Applicants who have been dismissed or who have had their contracts non-renewed for cause are not eligible for consideration

Start Date: 2026-2027 School Year
Salary: $30.00/hour for not more than 7 hours a month. Paid through Title III funds.

Co-applicants may be acdepted, but such must be acknowledged on the application, and an agreement to split the salary must also be provided.
