El/La Ejecutivo(a) Servicio a Clientes es responsable de brindar soporte operativo y administrativo en la gestión de órdenes de compra, asegurando una atención oportuna, precisa y profesional a clientes internos y externos. Este rol contribuye al cumplimiento del nivel de servicio mediante el seguimiento puntual de pedidos, la coordinación con áreas cross-funcionales y la comunicación proactiva sobre el estatus de las solicitudes.
Se requiere una alta orientación al detalle, capacidad de organización, sentido de urgencia y habilidades de colaboración para apoyar la correcta entrega de productos o servicios.
