Garantizar la máxima satisfacción de los clientes internacionales mediante la atención proactiva de los pedidos de exportación y un canal de comunicación directo y transparente. La posición actúa como el enlace estratégico para brindar soporte y solución a incidencias o quejas, trabajando en estrecha coordinación con los equipos de Planeación, Calidad, Comercio Exterior, Almacén y Logística para asegurar la excelencia en el servicio.

PERFIL

Escolaridad:Licenciatura terminada

Carreras afines:Administración, Comercio Exterior, Relaciones Internacionales o disciplinas económico-administrativas relacionadas.

EXPERIENCIA

  • Gestión de Pedidos (Order Management).
  • Gestión de Inventarios (criterios FEFO, lotes y caducidades).
  • Conocimientos en Comercio Exterior.
  • Manejo de indicadores clave de rendimiento (OTIF, Fill Rate, CSAT, NPS).
  • Análisis de información, diseño de tableros y uso dePower BI
  • Dominio de sistemas ERP y herramientas de Microsoft Office.
