Ejecutivo de Facturación

Objetivo del puesto
Este puesto es responsable del procesamiento de la facturación Mexicana. También es responsable de adjuntar los diversos documentos aduaneros e internos que deben incluirse en los paquetes de facturación. Brinda apoyo administrativo a todos los departamentos según sea necesario.

Principales Responsabilidades
• Emisión, revisión, cancelación y sustitución de CFDI 4.0 de importaciones y exportaciones y otros servicios prestados.
• Elaboración y seguimiento de complementos de pago.
• Validación de información fiscal y facturas.
• Control de facturación y apoyo en cierres mensuales y Anual.
• Registrar documentos de entrada, importación y exportación.
• Preparar la facturación de cuentas por cobrar y paquetes para los clientes.
• Contactar a los clientes para obtener, verificar y actualizar la información de las cuentas cuando sea necesario.
• Atender las consultas de partes internas y externas de manera rápida, eficiente y profesional.
• Otras responsabilidades administrativas según se asignen.

Requisitos de Competencia y Experiencia
• Carrera trunca o terminada en contabilidad o carrera afín.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en facturación mexicana
• Conocimiento de CFDI 4.0, PUE, PPD y complementos de pago.
• Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas.
• Habilidades en captura de datos.
• Conocimientos intermedios de MS Office.
• Conocimientos en sistema ContpaqI
