Ejecutivo De Cuentas Multinacionales

Objetivo:

Documentar, generar nuevas oportunidades de negocios, planear, promocionar y cerrar el negocio con la cartera asignada logrando de esta manera el mantenimiento y crecimiento de dicha cartera.

Responsabilidades:

1. Mantener vigente y documentado con contratos, anexos todos los servicios por los clientes asignados en su cartera.

2. Coordinar con los departamentos involucrados que el servicio que se le brinde al cliente este conforme con sus necesidades y con lo pactado.

3. Mantener y hacer crecer el valor de la facturación de sus clientes asignados.

4. Identificar claramente el mapa de poder (jerarquías formales e informales en las estructuras organizacionales de sus clientes con el objetivo de manejar todas las relaciones. JEFE COMERCIAL DE CUENTAS CORPORATIVAS EJECUTIVO DE CUENTAS MULTINACIONALES

5. Evitar la pérdida de facturación por cancelación de servicios de los clientes de su cartera asignada y evitar las notas de crédito atribuibles a su gestión en los clientes de su cartera asignada.

6. Elaborar y presentar propuestas competitivas para las oportunidades.

7. Asegurar la correcta facturación de todos los servicios contratados por los clientes asignados a su cartera.

Conocimientos Específicos:

1. Excel

2. Paquetes Office

3. Gestores de flujos, As400-amsys

4. Inglés

5 años ó más de experiencia en ventas/Banca/ Telecomunicaciones, consumo masivo.

Vehículo y licencia vigente.
