Wir verstärken unser Produktionsteam am Standort Bayreuth

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • selbstständiges Rüsten, Einstellen, Optimieren von diversen Fertigungsautomaten/-linien für komplexe Getriebesteuerungen, Fahrwerkstechnik und Sensorik
  • Erfassen, Verarbeiten und Auswerten von Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten
  • Mitwirken im KVP-Prozess und Übernahme von Aufgaben aus der Problembearbeitung sowie Gruppenarbeit
  • Organisatorisches Unterstützen des Gruppensprechers und der Führungskräfte
  • Selbstständiges Durchführen von fertigungsbegleitenden Qualitätsprüfungen, Endkontrollen sowie Reklamationsbearbeitung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, bevorzugt Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff, Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmacher, Anlagenelektroniker
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, speziell auch im Betreuen von Spritzgussmaschinen, oder Kunststoffpressen
  • Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse des gängigen MS Office-Pakets und SAP/R3 sowie idealerweise Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zum Einsatz im Schichtbetrieb (z.B. 3-Schicht-Betrieb inkl. Wochenende)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibiliät, Selbstständigkeit, sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
