Job Title

EIC Intern

Key Responsibilities -

• Support strategic and operational improvement initiatives across managed sites.
• Analyze data related to manpower, complaints, audits, compliance, asset performance, and service delivery.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and business review summaries.
• Conduct benchmarking studies for manpower deployment, operational costs, and site performance.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvement opportunities.
• Support development of SOPs, trackers, checklists, and operational frameworks.
• Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to collect, organize, and analyze operational data.
• Assist in audit tracking, non-compliance analysis, and corrective action monitoring.
• Work on special projects related to workplace experience, operational efficiency, sustainability, and client satisfaction.
•  Support leadership in preparing client presentations and strategy reviews.

Measure of Success :

Timely delivery of the results.

Essential qualifications and experience :

Qualification

Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Engineering / Operations / Business Analytics or related field.

Primary Interactions:-

C&W reporting manager

Knowledge and skills required :

• Interest in Facility Management, Workplace Operations, or Corporate Real Estate.
• Basic understanding of soft services, technical services, audits, compliance, or site operations.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Excel dashboards, or automation tools is an added advantage.Leadership
• Teamwork Orientation
• Excellent computer and systems knowledge: Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Financial Systems
