Job Title
EIC Apprentice - LeasingThe candidate will primarily support the execution of assignments, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs. This role offers exposure to data analytics, market research, and digital transformation initiatives within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in execution of projects and ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth workflow
- Support rollout of new initiatives such as tracking client activity and data augmentation (supply & demand side)
- Contribute to building and maintaining a centralized data platform for analytics and reporting
- Create and maintain dashboards for business insights
- Maintain and manage repositories of past and present data
- Collect and analyze data related to clients, competitors, and market trends
- Track existing and prospective client portfolios and support organizational mapping
- Prepare analytical reports for tracking and reviewing client portfolios
- Monitor Commercial Real Estate market trends including demand, supply, vacancy, and occupier movements
- Support implementation of technology-driven solutions and process improvements
Eligibility
- Recent graduates (BBA / B.Com or related fields)

- Strong analytical and research skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Interest in real estate, data analytics, and market research
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (dashboarding knowledge is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
