Job Purpose

To perform installation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, loop checking, commissioning, and support activities related to electrical and instrumentation systems in industrial process plants, ensuring compliance with SABIC, Saudi Aramco, and Yokogawa quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Instrumentation Works

• Install, calibrate, test, and commission field instruments such as:
  • Pressure Transmitters
  • Temperature Transmitters
  • Flow Meters
  • Level Transmitters
  • Control Valves
  • Positioners
  • Switches and Gauges
• Perform instrument loop checking and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot and rectify instrumentation faults.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Perform impulse line installation and tubing works.
• Verify instrument installations against approved drawings and datasheets.

Electrical Works

• Install and terminate power and control cables.
• Perform cable continuity and insulation resistance tests.
• Install and maintain:
  • JB (Junction Boxes)
  • Panels
  • Marshalling Cabinets
  • Local Control Stations
  • Lighting and Power Systems
• Assist in energization activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical system faults.
