Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
5+ years of experience in the pulp and paper industry (or equivalent heavy industrial environment); supervisory experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of ABB Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Allen-Bradley PLCs
Strong electrical fundamentals with solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience on E&I and control systems
Experience with electrical systems ranging from 24V to 33,000V
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Self-motivated with a take-charge attitude and strong understanding of personnel management techniques
Willingness to be a hands-on supervisor and be on call approximately once every 4–5 weeks (after ramp-up)
