Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Conduct site safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification activities.
Monitor service and maintenance activities involving fire, security, controls, and automation systems.
Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements (MS), and Risk Assessment (RA) documentation.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training for service engineers and subcontractors.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all project and service sites.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate permit-to-work (PTW) activities, including hot work, work at height, electrical work, and confined space entries.
Maintain HSE records, reports, inspection checklists, and compliance documentation.
Monitor contractor and vendor safety performance during service activities.
Support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and fire safety programs.
Liaise with customers, site management, and regulatory authorities on safety-related matters.
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
Safety certifications such as:
NEBOSH IGC (Preferred)
IOSH Managing Safely
OSHA Certification
Industrial Safety Diploma
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in HSE management for Service, Maintenance, ELV, Fire & Security, Controls, or MEP environments.
Strong knowledge of:
Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
CCTV & Access Control Systems
Building Management Systems (BMS)
Electrical Safety Standards
Permit-to-Work Systems
Work-at-Height and Hot Work Safety
Familiarity with local safety regulations and client-specific HSE requirements.
Excellent communication, training, and incident investigation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HSE reporting tools
