The Electro Optical Infrared Systems (EOIS) line of business within DRS has locations in Dallas and Austin, TX, Melbourne, FL, and Cypress, CA. EOIS develops, manufactures, and supports infrared and electro-optical solutions for soldiers, ground vehicles and airborne platforms. Join our team as an EHS Specialist and help keep our workplace safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible. You’ll support daily safety and environmental programs in a manufacturing setting, create and maintain key documentation (SDS, labels, shipping and waste records), and help coordinate hazardous waste and chemical handling activities. You’ll also assist with audits and inspections, track and close out corrective actions, support preventive maintenance efforts, and build simple reports and metrics while working closely with operations, management, and customers to resolve questions quickly and professionally.
