Arcadis is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to join our Digital EHS&S Team as an Implementation Specialist Consultant focusing on the Cority EHS software. This team focuses on advising and assisting our clients with deployment of enterprise EHS&S software solutions.
In this role, you will work with project teams to gather Occupational Health related business requirements, translate them into written specifications, and configure, test and roll out EHS&S software and tools. You will support business leaders in the successful configuration, implementation, and deployment EHS&S software tools. This could include developing specifications, system configuration, integration, system testing, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancement, and improvements as required to meet overall business objectives of clients.
Role accountabilities:
We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and a team player mindset with excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate effectively with colleagues and client facing. This position may involve travel of up to 10% to client sites and customer meetings. The position has the option of working a hybrid schedule, remote with ability to travel to an Arcadis office (25%/month).

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $75,240 - $125,400. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
