Under the direction of the Officer and Director of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) this position will work as a member of the Occupational Safety (OS) Team.
Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, assisting Occupational Specialist/s in daily duties related to complete occupational safety assessments, required inspections of eyewash and safety shower stations across campus.
Additionally, this position will support the administrative processes associated with EHS safety program management and respective software .

WORKING CONDITIONS
The working environment in which one will typically perform the administrative functions of this position is in the EHS office, which is a climate-controlled setting. It is well lit and the noise level is moderate. The working environment will also include facilitation of work outdoors generally loading or moving equipment from vehicles to the work location..
