In this role, you'll help lead Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security activities across the facility, partnering closely with Operations and site leadership to reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and continuously improve EHS performance. You'll also play an important role in employee training, auditing, sustainability initiatives, and creating a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.

We're looking for someone who can combine technical EHS knowledge with a hands-on, collaborative approach. You'll be most successful in this role if you enjoy working directly with employees and Operations, can identify risks before they become problems, and are comfortable influencing others to strengthen safety and environmental performance.

The salary range for this position is $72,300 - $90,400 USD Annual Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
