About the Role

As the EH&S Manager, you act as a key business partner to the local organization. You work closely with the Operations Director to ensure a strong and compliant EH&S culture.

Your mission is clear: establish and drive a best-in-class EH&S program focused on ZERO incidents, full compliance, and continuous improvement

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making real impact across both field operations and office environments.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with all company and regulatory EH&S requirements
• Drive a ZERO Incident culture, including Near Miss and Stop Work reporting
• Develop and maintain risk assessments and control measures across operations (field service, installations, maintenance, offices)
• Manage and improve the Contractor Management Program
• Ensure accurate and timely EH&S reporting, including:
• Incident management
• Monthly H&S and environmental reporting
• Inspection programs (employees & contractors)
• Performance scorecards
• Ensure all required permits and licenses are in place
• Execute annual EH&S plans and training programs
• Deliver EH&S performance in line with company targets
• Support and implement global and regional EH&S strategies

Qualifications

You are a results-driven EH&S professional who can operate both strategically and operationally. You are comfortable influencing stakeholders and driving change in a dynamic organization.

You also bring:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong prioritization skills
• High ethical standards and professionalism
• The ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

Languages:

• Dutch (native)
• English (fluent)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar
• Mandatory: Strong knowledge of Dutch EH&S legislation and required certifications
• Preferred: Knowledge of Belgian EH&S regulations and certifications
• Experience with EH&S management systems (design, implementation, maintenance)
