We are seeking a proactive and results-driven EHS Specialist to assist the EHS Manager in managing all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) functions for our Singapore site. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with local regulations, ISO standards, and company policies, while driving a strong safety culture across the organization. This role is also expected to take on some basic facility functions such as contractor management and maintenance of site lockers and furniture.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in rolling out site EHS programs, such as EHS trainings, new employee EHS orientation Facilitate in the conduct of internal and external EHS audits, including RBA audits Facilitate conducting monthly EHS committee meetings Lead and conduct periodic safety inspections and drive closure of EHS findings Roll out new EHS regulations and share best practices to site Conduct EHS risk assessment and ensure proper controls are in place Lead incident investigations (accidents and near misses) and drive corrective actions Plan and lead emergency response drills (e.g., fire evacuation) Monitor and ensure the validity of site EHS related license (e.g., first aiders, forklift drivers) Ensure workplace EHS monitoring are done in a timely manner (e.g., Noise mapping, IAQ, chemical exposure) Assist in collecting EHS data for corporate reporting Develop EHS processes, systems, and documentation conforming to ISO 14k and 45k Ensure proper disposal of hazardous chemical waste Oversee facility contractor management and maintenance of site lockers and furniture, including EHS related equipment (e.g., first aid kit)

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent in a related field Minimum 3+ years of EHS experience, with industrial manufacturing experience preferred Strong knowledge of ISO standards and EHS compliance requirements Familiar with Singapore EHS regulations (preferred) Strong communicator, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified WSHO or equivalent
• Lead Auditor for ISO 14k or 45k
• Familiar with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Audit requirements
