The primary function of this role is to lead EHS management initiatives to ensure compliance with the MESH system requirements. This role will coach and support the team in strengthening EHS capabilities in alignment with both Taiwan regulatory requirements and Eaton’s MESH standards. It is responsible for planning, deploying, and executing MESH programs to continuously improve EHS performance. Additionally, this role will proactively identify, manage, and communicate EHS risks to all stakeholders, ensuring prevention of potential issues and upholding Eaton’s commitment to conducting business the right way.
"Develop, deploy, and promote occupational safety and health management programs, and provide guidance to relevant departments for effective implementation.
1.Ensure compliance with Taiwan regulations and MESH requirements by developing and implementing the MESH/ISO 45001 management system.
2.Conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and implement effective controls in workplace environments and operations.
3.Develop and implement programs for chemical management, contractor safety, personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency response, and management of change (MOC).
4.Perform industrial hygiene monitoring for hazardous work environments.
5.Execute safety and health training programs to enhance workforce competence.
6.Promote safety and health awareness to strengthen employee engagement and participation.
7.Conduct investigation and analysis of incidents, including near misses, first aid cases, and recordable incidents.
8.Coach and support teams in identifying EHS improvement opportunities for continuous enhancement.
9.Serve as the site’s designated safety and health representative for regulatory reporting and liaison with government authorities."
Bachelor's degree.
At least has 3 years of working experience.
1.Class A Occupational Safety or Hygiene certification is required.
2.Familiarity with ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management systems.
3.Strong knowledge of occupational safety and health principles and practices.
4. Computer skill (ex.Word, Excel, Power point)
5. English reading and writing
