We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) Specialist to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment. This role will focus on ensuring site readiness, maintaining compliance, and providing administrative support for EHS programs and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Support site readiness initiatives, including safety compliance and documentation
Assist with internal and external EHS audits
Maintain accurate records, reports, and safety documentation
Provide administrative support to the EHS team
Help track safety metrics, incidents, and corrective actions
Promote a safe work environment by reinforcing company safety policies
Collaborate with operations to ensure adherence to EHS standards
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in EHS, safety, or compliance preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Schedule:
Full-time (schedule may vary based on site needs)
Assignment Details:
Contract duration: 6–9 months
