Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) Specialist to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment. This role will focus on ensuring site readiness, maintaining compliance, and providing administrative support for EHS programs and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support site readiness initiatives, including safety compliance and documentation

• Assist with internal and external EHS audits

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and safety documentation

• Provide administrative support to the EHS team

• Help track safety metrics, incidents, and corrective actions

• Promote a safe work environment by reinforcing company safety policies

• Collaborate with operations to ensure adherence to EHS standards

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Previous experience in EHS, safety, or compliance preferred

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Schedule:
Full-time (schedule may vary based on site needs)

Assignment Details:

• Contract duration: 6–9 months
