Whatyou’llbe doing

• Lead and continuously improve EHS programs across multiple sites

• Ensure compliance with local legislation and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

• Identifyrisks, conduct assessments, and implement preventive measures

• Drive incident investigations andidentifyroot causes

• Function asa trusted advisor to leadership and operational teams

• Develop and deliver training and awareness programs

• Lead audits, inspections, and interactions with authorities

• Promote a strong safety-first and sustainability mindset

• Monitor KPIs and present insights to senior stakeholders

What we look for

• Relevant EHS qualification- SafetySpecialist(ASGS/STPS)

• PreviousEHS experience infield-based environments

• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems(ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)

• Experience in industrial, construction, or technical environments

• Fluent in English plus German or French

• Driving licence and willingness to travelin Switzerland
