Context :
-To act as EHS specialist for large project in the company
-To represent EHS department during HazOp assessment of new chemical process
-To realize process EHS assessment to identify risks and draw-up corrective action plans to mitigate them
-To drive pre job assessment before the start of subcontractor activities and ensure the delivery of the subcontractors permit to work
-To support the engineering teams about environmental permit needs and related environmental regulation
Responsabilities :
-To coordinate ATEX assessment with external specialist
-To support the Engineering about environmental requirements related to urbanistic and Environmental permit such as soil investigation …
-To participate as an expert to assess EHS needs for new building/ project according to the Belgian regulation
-To participate to the EHS risk analysis during pre job assessment before the start of sub-contractors activities
-To deliver specific permit to work according to PolyPeptide internal procedure
-To participate or lead (according to the project) HazOp assessment
-To realize regular EHS construction site inspection
-To develop specific documentation regarding the ISO45001 certification process of the company

Experience :
-EHS coordination of project site (civil works/ chemicals process) in pharmaceutical/ chemical industry
-Knowledge in EHS assessment such as HazOp/ ATEX analysis…
-Demonstrable experience with chemicals risk assessment
-Participation and lead of HazOp assessment
-Knowledge about ATEX regulation
-Knowledge about ISO45001 and ISO 14001 certification
-Demonstrable experience of leading the implementation and development of health and safety projects
-Knowledge about walloon environmental regulation: environmental permit/ soil investigation/ …
