Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead and oversee all environmental, health, and safety activities across Data Center projects. This role is accountable for the safe, timely, and compliant delivery of EHS programs during construction and commissioning phases. Acting as the senior authority on-site for EHS, you will ensure flawless execution aligned with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS strategies for Data Center projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards and local regulations.
  • Act as the primary EHS authority on-site, providing leadership and guidance to project teams and contractors.
  • Oversee preparation and approval of Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS), permits, and vendor documentation.
  • Conduct and lead site audits, inspections, and performance reviews; report KPIs and safety metrics to senior leadership.
  • Direct accident and incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
  • Represent EHS at client and contractor meetings, influencing decision-making on safety performance and risk mitigation.
  • Design and deliver advanced EHS training programs for management and site teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture and environmental sustainability.
  • Supervise EHS specialists and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project safety objectives.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years in EHS leadership roles within Data Center, semiconductor, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety and LOTO procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and implement strategic safety programs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for engaging with diverse teams and clients.
  • Ability to deliver training modules to all levels of the organization.

Education / Licenses / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
  • Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
