EHS Lead – Civil Construction

Experience: 7–8 years (UAE only)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage EHS activities for civil construction projects
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, client requirements, and company HSE policies
Develop and implement EHS plans, risk assessments, and method statements
Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety trainings/toolbox talks
Lead accident/incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on EHS matters
Monitor KPIs, maintain reports, and ensure continuous safety improvement
Requirements:
7–8 years of UAE civil construction EHS experience
NEBOSH / IOSH certification (mandatory)
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
