Your Role at Batesville:
As an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Co-Op, you will support critical safety, environmental, and compliance initiatives across our operations. In this role, you will partner with site leadership to help drive a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement in workplace health and environmental performance.
This Co-op will play a key role in promoting a safe and sustainable work environment while gaining hands-on experience in real-world manufacturing operations. This role offers exposure to safety programs, regulatory standards, and continuous improvement practices that impact employee well-being and operational excellence.
