EHS Facilities Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that the organization follow all relevant safety standards. Will work with management to identify hazards, develop plans to mitigate those hazards, and implement these plans on an ongoing basis.
Will coordinate the activities of the Risk Prevention and Protection Service ensuring the execution of the tasks assigned as ASPP as per D.Lgs. 81/2008. Will identify critical processes for the environment, safety and health at work, identify hazards, estimate risks and assess them; research / study / design the most suitable prevention, protection and control measures
Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, in this role you will prepare and deploy business improvement and correction plans. Will conduct internal audits and Gemba walks, problem solving investigation and KPI reporting activities, will analyze injuries, accidents, near misses, safety spot, documenting the results and contributing to the identification of the related corrective actions.
Will work with the team for the management of the primary aspects relating to the health and safety of workers and to the environment, acting proactively to achieve the corporate HSE objectives, elaborating proposals for the continuous improvement of performance.
