Key responsibilities include:

  • Support APAC EHS Director to ensure comprehensive compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations & corporate standards across APAC.
  • Support locations on coordinating the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification audit, CAP audit, and Corporate audit. Provide technical assistance on findings closure.
  • Support locations on investigations into accidents and injuries, conduct root cause analyses and hazard assessments; prepare necessary materials for both internal and external reporting.
  • Support APAC EHS director on inspecting sites to identify any potential health and safety hazards, recommending and ensuring implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
  • Support APAC EHS director to lead safety related promotion programs especially on Machine guarding, Electrical Safety, LOTO and Contractor Safety Management.
  • Act as the regional electrical safety coordinator to support OE-ES on Electrical Safety Management.
  • Coordinating the regional EHS meetings and updating EHS related KPIs.
  • Support emergency preparedness activities and maintain related documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support for EHS reporting and coordination across APAC sites.

This role ensures that Bosch APAC meets global EHS expectations through consistent data management, accurate reporting, and timely support of safety and compliance activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Electrical engineering.

Expertise on Machine guarding, Electrical Safety Basic knowledge of ISO 45001, hazard identification, and incident management processes.
